Employee Relations Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the way on complex employee relations matters across our national retail and distribution centre network.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and confident professional with a strong focus on ER.

They will provide trusted advice to operational leaders, mentor a team of professionals, and handle investigations, performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes.

  • Manage ER cases, support enterprise agreement interpretation, and maintain ER case reporting.
  • Liaise with legal and external parties as needed, including Fair Work.
  • Coach and guide leaders and P&C team members through complex ER matters.

We are looking for someone who can provide generalist HR support across performance, engagement, and workforce planning. If you have a strong background in ER and are able to work independently, this could be the perfect role for you.
