Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our Cybersecurity Strategy Transformation and Governance Portfolio team. As part of the Cyber Risk Evolution Program, you will play a pivotal role in delivering initiatives that enhance cyber risk management, regulatory compliance, and the protection of critical business assets across the Group.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders across business and technology to plan and execute delivery strategies
  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Maintain high-quality program artefacts and drive seamless execution of initiatives to achieve strategic objectives

Your Background:

  • 10+ years of experience in project delivery within Cybersecurity or Information Security, with recent exposure to projects in institutional banking or the financial services industry across Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Proven expertise in Risk Management Frameworks and Agile Methodology, including proficiency with JIRA and Confluence tools
  • Familiarity with risk profiling, cyber controls, and metrics, with experience in these areas highly desirable
