Key Role

In this position, you will serve as a facilitator and leader within an agile team environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of projects by partnering with stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and applying business analysis skills to drive meaningful outcomes.

As a key delivery partner, you will collaborate closely with product owners, process leads, and platform teams to guarantee a clear understanding of project priorities and objectives. This includes driving solution clarity, removing blockers, and ensuring successful project completion.

Essential Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or Disciplined Agile frameworks
  • Extensive experience leading agile teams in highly regulated industries, such as Finance, Healthcare, Government, or Technology
  • Proven experience in agile delivery models and mindsets
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, Confluence
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes
