Job Description

Lead human-centred care transformation and champion the Elevating Human Experience framework to drive systems and strategies that improve patient, carer, and consumer experience.

  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance patient and carer engagement.
  • Analyse complex issues at senior management level and formulate new approaches to drive service improvements.

In this role, you will lead a portfolio of projects focused on improving healthcare delivery through evidence-based practices. You will consistently demonstrate behaviours that reinforce the CORE values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment, and have a strong understanding of contemporary issues, challenges and directions for human, patient, carer and consumer experience within NSW Health and broader national and international domains.

You will be responsible for leading complex change programs and improvement strategies that result in significant improvements in healthcare delivery. This includes analysis of data and formulation of new approaches to drive service improvements.
