Academic Opportunity in Medical Science Education

We are seeking an enthusiastic academic to contribute to the delivery and development of our Medical Science programs.
Key responsibilities include delivering lectures, tutorials, laboratories, and practical sessions. Coordinating units, developing curriculum, and assessing student learning are also key aspects of this position.
The successful candidate will have expertise in a wide range of medical science subjects such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, and pharmacology.
- A doctoral qualification or equivalent in medical/biomedical sciences is essential.
- Possession of or willingness to obtain a teaching qualification (e.g., graduate certificate in tertiary teaching/education) is required.
- Understanding of higher education issues and ability to collaborate effectively across the institution is necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging students and supporting their learning through flexible, multi-modal teaching approaches is expected.
- A strong research record including publications with capacity to contribute to the school's research initiatives is desirable.
