About the Role

This position is located in Australia, supporting the educational and service missions of the Rural Clinical Campuses.

  • The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and advancing rural medical education by coordinating the Independent Learning Project (ILP) program, supporting rural research initiatives, and contributing to the academic education program at the campus.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching and research outcomes, and provide an exceptional learning experience for students.

Contribute to the development, delivery, and course convening of undergraduate and/or postgraduate level programs related to biomedical sciences, clinical medicine, and/or health disciplines.

Coordinate the ILP program, support rural research initiatives, and contribute to the academic education program at the campus.

Requirements
  • A BMedMD, MBBS or equivalent medical degree with relevant professional expertise and eligible for registration in New South Wales.
  • Maintenance of professional development in pedagogy, disciplinary knowledge, and professional accreditation requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching in biomedical sciences, clinical medicine, and/or related health discipline.
