Job Title: Senior Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven professional to fill the role of Senior Team Supervisor at our airline catering facility in Brisbane Airport.

  • Oversee small teams within our Equipment and Food Cart Make-Up section (EMU) to ensure seamless operation and productivity.
  • Perform all duties of a Senior Catering Attendant and Catering Attendant, while supervising, training, and inducting staff within designated work areas.
  • Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organised, and productivity and performance criteria are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and productivity in your work areas, and implement changes accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on both Morning and Afternoon Shifts, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Lead by example, showcasing strong organisational and time management skills, and implementing directions given by management.
  • Perform administrative and reporting duties as required, adhering to Company's policy and procedures.
  • Comply with Galley Loading Plan (GPL), Cart Packing Plan (CPP), and Equipment Loading Plan (ELP) as applicable to the role.
Requirements:
  • Availability for Afternoon shifts on a 7-day roster (5 on 2 off), full-time 38hr week.
  • Experience working in a food or manufacturing environment, with a focus on team supervision and leadership.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with previous experience supervising up to 20 staff.
  • Access to own transport, ensuring timely arrival and departure from work sites.
