  • Coordinating drawings and scopes to ensure timely completion
  • Verifying material quantities, hours, and rates for trade quotes reviews
  • Participating in project meetings and taking accurate meeting minutes
  • Updating field drawings and producing as-built drawings to document site progress
  • Verifying site conditions and coordinating drawings to ensure accuracy
  • Setting up and maintaining records to track project performance
  • Updating project schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM software to stay on track
  • Creating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCAD to visualize project timelines

Required qualifications for this role include:

  • A strong desire to work in a construction environment
  • Prior field construction experience is an asset
  • Application of various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting
  • Australian Working Rights are required to work full-time equivalent hours for this role
