We're looking for a skilled Solar Engineering Student to join our team and contribute to the success of our Gundsynd Solar Farm project.

Job Description

As a Solar Engineering Student, you'll have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a supportive team, and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

  • Coordinating drawings and work-specific scope/trades/sub-trades
  • Conducting trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours, and rates
  • Participating in project meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Updating field drawings and producing as-built drawings
  • Verifying site conditions and coordinating drawings
  • Setting up and maintaining records
  • Updating project schedules and creating manual schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM software
  • Creating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCAD
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong desire to work in a construction environment
  • Prior field construction experience (considered an asset)
  • Application of various computer software programs (word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting)
  • Australian Working Rights allowing full-time equivalent hours
