Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Solar Engineering Student. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop your skills in solar engineering.

As a Solar Engineering Student, you will be responsible for coordinating drawings and work specific scope/trades/sub-trades, conducting trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours and rates, participating in project meetings and taking meeting minutes, updating field drawings and produces as-built drawings, verifying site conditions and coordinating drawings, setting up and maintaining records, and creating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset. The candidate must also have Australian Working Rights that allow them to work full time equivalent hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior field construction experience (asset).
  • Australian Working Rights that allow working full time equivalent hours.
  • Application of various computer software programs including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting.
