
Aircraft Inventory Manager

Toll Helicopters, a premier provider of mission-critical helicopter services, is seeking an Aviation Stores Logistics Officer to manage supply chain, stores and logistics operations for our fleet of aircraft.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely actions of the Toll Helicopters Supply Chain including Aviation and commercial stores, logistics of equipment, spare parts and consumable inventory to ensure Helicopter availability is maximised and records are accurate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the Supply Chain, Stores and Logistics of Toll Helicopters Equipment, Spare Parts and Consumable inventory.
- Ensure any maintenance requiring specialist services is carried out by suitably qualified suppliers.
- Complete documentation records correctly.
- Show initiative, persistence and continuous improvement in all processes.
- Knowledge of CASA and WHS regulatory requirements & processes as they pertain to aircraft and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Possess good communication skills and conflict resolution skills.
- Possess good technology skills to operate the company ERP system.
- Be medically fit, to be able to lift and move heavy inventory items and work in confined spaces and at heights on platforms around aircraft and in vehicles.
- Be able to concentrate and have an attention to detail in all work (this work is responsible for public safety) A highly organized and systematic person.
- A trade background would be desired.
- Work effectively and flexibly within available time.
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment would be desired.
- A valid forklift license would be desired.
