Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to fill a key role in our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Aircraft Maintenance and Support: Identify, dismantle, inspect, test, and repair aircraft parts, engines, electrical systems, frames, and equipment to meet functional standards.
  • Inspect and install electrical circuits which may require removing and replacing defective line replaceable modules and/or cabling.
  • Perform troubleshooting and defect rectification using electronic testing equipment or other specialized apparatus.
  • Rectify defects, such as those in the aircraft oxygen system components, to meet approved maintenance requirements.
  • Address issues affecting airworthy and safe operation of an aircraft.
  • Conduct routine pre-flight line maintenance checks and inspections of engines, frames, and mechanical systems for airline clients.

Maintenance Records and Documentation:

  • Keep records and documentation for all inspections, repairs, replacements, modifications, overhauls, and maintenance performed using computer and bar-coding equipment.
  • Ensure maintenance releases contain certifications detailing work carried out, including the identity of the organization and signatory supervisor.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to defects found during inspections and recorded by flight crew in aircraft technical logs.
  • Read engineering drawings and ensure all repairs conform to manufacturer's instructions for the Type Certificate.
  • Test and operate airline communications equipment.
  • Assist in tracking spare inventory.
  • Prepare received parts.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
