Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Wedding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for weddings and a knack for creating personalized experiences.

The Wedding Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to both B2B clients (vendors) and couples utilizing our concierge services. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Concierge Service for Couples:
      • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
      • Conduct consultations to understand couples' needs, preferences, and budget.
      • Curate personalized vendor recommendations based on specific criteria.
      • Provide expert guidance on wedding planning timelines, etiquette, and trends.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
      • Promote vendor services to couples.
      • Address vendor inquiries and resolve any issues.
    • Administrative & Operational Support:
      • Assist with the development and maintenance of resources and materials.
      • Contribute to the company blog and social media channels.
      • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
