Legal Systems Specialist

At our firm, we are seeking a highly skilled Legal Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in configuring and administering our matter management system and other internal applications.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration skills. They will be responsible for:
- Analysing and documenting requirements for workflow and process improvement;
- Configuring and administering the firm's matter management system and other internal applications;
- Identifying workflow enhancements through data analysis;
- Configuring processes, documents, and workflows within the matter management system;
- Translating business and legal requirements into technology solutions;
- Participating in testing and validating developed solutions.
As a Legal Systems Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to support solutions that enhance client and internal user experience. You will also contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our firm.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of legal document production processes and their relationship with matter management;
- Experience configuring and managing matter management systems or similar systems;
- Skills in document automation, workflow development, and business improvement;
- The ability to translate business and legal requirements into technical configuration;
- Familiarity with testing and troubleshooting technology solutions.
