Clinical Speech Pathology Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Speech Pathology Specialist to join our team at ORS Group. In this role, you will work with clients of various ages and presentations, providing clinical services across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services.
As a key member of our team, you will conduct assessments and develop interventions to support clients with communication and swallowing needs. You will also have opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with complex needs and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality clinical services to clients across various settings, including family homes, schools, and community settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based approaches in speech pathology
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology from a recognized institution
- Registration or ability to register with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- A car and valid driver's license for travel to client locations
- A National Police Clearance and Working With Vulnerable People Check
Benefits:
- $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
