Speech Pathology Team Leader

Role Overview
The ORS Group is seeking a highly experienced Speech Pathology Team Leader to join our expanding team in the ACT. As a key member of our national team, you will provide clinical support and leadership to develop independence in a complex NDIS caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to develop independence in a complex NDIS caseload
- Manage a small complex clinical caseload in the areas of communication and or swallowing
- Develop and implement clinical programs to support clients with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types
- Collaborate with regional managers to provide operational support to the team
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- 3+ years experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Registered with SPA
- Prior experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred)
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client-facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
