About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Team Leader or Senior Speech Practitioner. As a key member of our Speech Pathology team, you will provide clinical support and leadership to develop independence in a complex NDIS caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to develop independence in a complex NDIS caseload
  • Manage a small complex clinical caseload in the areas of communication and/or swallowing
  • Access clinical supervision to continue professional development
  • Develop leadership skills to achieve team culture and scope goals
  • Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • 3+ years of experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Registered with SPA
  • Prior experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred)
  • A car and license
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one before commencement
