Clinical Services for Individuals with Communication and Swallowing Needs
The ORS Speech Pathology team is expanding and we are seeking a clinician to join our national team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65, working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services. You will assess and develop plans to meet the communication and swallowing needs of clients with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct communication and swallowing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Work with clients and their families to achieve goals and improve communication and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
