About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Pre-paid Funeral Specialists. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of pre-need specialists to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Oversee the work plan and scheduling activities of the field teams
  • Actively engage in 'shoulder to shoulder' coaching as part of your regular work plan
  • Help to develop and implement sales plans to target new market segments for business development
  • Support sales activation of b2b and corporate partnership opportunities to grow profitability and market share
  • Support research and product innovation to enhance market position, share and profitability
  • Collaborate in delivery of the value proposition for the pre-need product range
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and IVC policies by implementing effective risk and compliance controls and instilling a compliance culture
  • Work closely with customer & marketing, legal and risk teams to ensure the process of content management and monitoring is optimized and managed appropriately
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in sales leadership
  • Proven success in coaching and developing sales teams
  • Experience leading and managing the achievement of financial performance targets
  • You're a natural at developing, embedding, and growing local business and stakeholder relationships
  • Track record in leading and developing a multi-brand, multi-location cross functional team
  • You possess a great balance of commercial acumen and empathy

Candidates with experience in financial services sales leadership with a strong understanding of life and superannuation product regulation or investment schemes sales processes would be highly regarded.
