**Job Overview:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the home, coordinating the care and support of residents, and providing leadership and supervision to staff.

  • To coordinate the daily care and support of resident young people in accordance with established policies and procedures;

  • To create and maintain a positive, therapeutic social environment within the home;

  • To provide guidance, support, and supervision to staff in the care and management of each resident;

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as social work or youth care;
  • Experience working with young people in residential settings;
  • Previous experience in leadership and supervision roles, preferably in residential settings;
  • A current driver's license;
