Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead the successful delivery of residential projects across Sydney. As a Site Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing 5-6 active projects simultaneously, coordinating with trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. This includes coordinating tasks, identifying potential issues, and developing effective solutions to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
  • Manage project schedules and resources to meet deadlines and specifications
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and project management skills

You will work closely with a supportive team that values your experience and contribution to the success of our projects.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or senior construction professional
  • Background in carpentry or technical building skills
  • High-end residential renovation experience is highly desirable
  • Insurance industry knowledge is a bonus

Pride in quality and attention to detail are essential for this role. You must be confident reading and interpreting plans and scopes of work, highly organized with strong scheduling abilities, and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
