**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Residential Operations Manager to lead our housekeeping team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Motivate and lead the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations
- Carry out cleaning tasks across various areas as needed, including laundry and linen management
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards
- Assign tasks efficiently and oversee inventory to ensure smooth operations
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Attend to guest requests and issues promptly for a pleasant stay

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in Housekeeping or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to think on your feet to keep things running smoothly throughout the day
- High standard of personal grooming and a polished appearance
- Friendly and outgoing personality

**Benefits:**
