Job Title: Insurance Client Manager

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality services to clients by managing their general insurance programs effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage client data accurately and securely, utilizing comprehensive databases and systems to provide timely information as required.
  • Process policy documents and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Issue certificates of placement, policy wordings, and certificates of currency to confirm policy details.
  • Cultivate effective debtor management techniques to minimize outstanding payments and maintain a positive cash flow.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and professionalism, adhering to all business processes, company policies, and procedures.
  • Promote transparency and accountability by maintaining detailed records and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of existing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A commitment to building a career in insurance broking and advisory services.
  • An intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Holding a Certificate III in Insurance Broking or a demonstrated commitment to completing this qualification is highly desirable.
