Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Job Coach to join our team.

The primary focus of this role is to empower clients to build better working lives by providing support and guidance in achieving their employment goals.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse marketing clients to employers;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Creating and nurturing relationships with community stakeholders to build our clientele;
  • Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders at every stage of the process.

Requirements

  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated ability to market our services and clients to local businesses;
  • Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader organization, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence.
