Senior Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Operations Manager to lead our Australian technical operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our software development projects in Australia.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful and timely delivery of projects, managing resources, schedules, and any issues that may arise. You will work closely with technical leads/ managers to oversee project implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
In addition to project management, you will be responsible for managing customer applications, internal editorial tools, IT vendor management, service desk leadership, infrastructure oversight, and compliance and risk management.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent technical skills, experience with complex problem-solving, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in software development and project management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
- Technical proficiency in languages such as ASP.NET, C#, Java or Delphi
- Experience with database engines and technologies like MS SQL, Oracle, SSIS, ETL etc.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
