Senior Planner Opportunity

RPS Group is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Planning team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Cairns. As a Senior Planner, you will be part of our national Place and Environment Team, a multi-disciplinary team which includes town planning, landscape architecture, survey/mapping and urban design.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing the development potential of sites and providing due diligence advice;
  • Preparing development applications for a wide variety of development types and locations;
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities regarding development and planning issues;
  • Assisting with other allied planning services including: strategic advice, policy review and allied approvals; and
  • Assisting clients to implement approval outcomes.
