Palliative Care Service Development Specialist

As a District Palliative Care Data Project Officer, you will oversee and coordinate palliative care service data capture and analysis to support planning and prioritisation of future needs/services.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure local alignment of goals, priorities and systems within the priorities and strategic direction of the end-of-life care strategy.
- Support the planning and prioritisation of future needs/services by analysing data insights.
- Coordinate palliative care service data collection and analytical processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience in data analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to present findings effectively.
Requirements:- Proven experience in project management and data analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of palliative care principles and practices, including patient-centric approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
