About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of ZPSS as an Administrative Support Professional. Your expertise will power our success by providing vital administrative and operational support to our team, leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Engagement Initiatives: Coordinate and support internal engagement initiatives, communications, and events that celebrate and connect our people.
  • Wellbeing Programs: Assist in the planning and delivery of wellbeing programs and recognition activities across the business unit.
  • Compliance Tasks: Manage compliance-related tasks including processing invoices, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate business records.
  • Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with leaders, colleagues, and stakeholders to support effective collaboration and smooth business operations
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance business support services

About You

We're looking for a highly organised team player with exceptional communication skills and a knack for prioritising and planning. Ideally, you'll have experience in utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or corporate services environments. Strong time management skills and discipline are also essential to keep our operations running seamlessly.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Administrative Skills: Confident understanding of administration with strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
