Female Football Coach

A pivotal role in developing and nurturing young female footballers.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive player development pathway.
- Prioritize individual player growth over team objectives.
- Establish Individual Player Development Plans.
- Integrate programs across U18W, U16W, North Queensland, and Zone Hubs.
- Monitor and mitigate individual player game exposure to prevent injuries and fatigue.
- Provide regular player feedback, analysis, and reporting.
- Identify and develop athletes from diverse backgrounds.
- Lead the implementation of individual development programs for highly talented AFLW draft prospects.
- Develop effective systems and processes for deep engagement with staff, players, and families.
Essential Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
- Minimum Level 2 AFL Coaching Accreditation or ability to obtain.
- Previous successful coaching experience with elite young athletes.
- Demonstrated initiative and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient IT skills in strategy vision and presentation.
- Operational knowledge/skills of player performance analysis software.
