Your Responsibilities:

  2. Provide high-quality scheduling services to clients and staff across multiple locations">
  3. Manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery">
  4. Maintain up-to-date data on care worker information, including training and rostering records">
  5. Collaborate with the centralised support team to ensure seamless service delivery">

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre">
  • You're a natural problem solver and have outstanding communication and coordination skills">
