As a chef at our Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort and Convention Centre, you'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional dining experiences to guests from around the world.

We're seeking skilled and dedicated chefs who share our commitment to quality and service. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in one of the Sunshine Coast's most iconic resort destinations, with access to world-class training and career growth opportunities within the Accor Group.

Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate will possess relevant trade qualifications, previous experience in hotel or high-volume kitchen environments, and a strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance.

Additionally, they'll demonstrate excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting, and strong communication and teamwork skills across all levels of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

We're currently offering a range of culinary opportunities with flexible arrangements, including casual, part-time, and full-time roles.

You'll work across two well-equipped kitchens and multiple outlets, contributing to a variety of services including à la carte, buffet, cold larder, mise-en-place, and large-scale banquets.
