  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate complex cases involving allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation
  • Provide expert advice on decision-making responsibilities for adults with impaired capacity
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve investigation services
  • Negotiate sensitive matters with stakeholders to achieve outcomes
  • Represent the OPG at tribunals/courts as required
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Senior Investigations Officers and Investigations Officers
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members
Requirements
  • A C class driver's licence is mandatory
  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Government Investigations or related disciplines is desirable
  • Travel throughout the State may be required, including overnight stays
  • Working hours outside normal work hours may be necessary
