**Role Overview**

The Compliance Advisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, good market practices, and government standards. This includes monitoring, assessing, and advising on the implications of legislative changes and assisting stakeholders to develop/update internal compliance policies.

**Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

The key responsibilities of the Compliance Advisor include:

  1. Providing expert level contribution leading the following capabilities:
  2. Support the business to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, good market practices, and government standards.
  3. Monitor, assess, and advise on the implications of legislative changes and assist relevant stakeholders to develop/update internal compliance policies.
  4. Oversee compliance within the compliance framework to ensure accountability, transparency, and legislative compliance.

KPIs will be developed in conjunction with the successful candidate and may include metrics such as:

  • Number of compliance issues identified and resolved.
  • Number of policy documents reviewed and updated.
  • Number of training sessions delivered.
