Lead Health Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Service Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional healthcare services.
About the Role:
As a Health Service Manager, you will oversee clinical and administrative operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, implement policies, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Oversee budgets, control costs, and manage financial processes.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for clinical and administrative staff.
- Coordinate health services and promote patient-centered care.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure accreditation compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Health Administration, Health Services Management).
- At least one year of post-qualification experience in a similar role within the past five years.
- Proven expertise in health program coordination, staff management, and operational oversight.
