About the Role

The role of a Quality Coordinator is to facilitate continuous improvement efforts in order to meet Aged Care Standards and related requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster an environment that supports compliance, accreditation, auditing, and policy processes to achieve 100% adherence within the Quality Standards.
  • Educate, coordinate and mentor clinical staff to uphold quality and governance standards.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
  • Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of quality, compliance and clinical governance principles.
  • Solid knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process.
  • Excellent understanding of quality assurance and auditing processes.
  • Ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Continuous improvement, gap and risk analysis experience would be beneficial.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff effectively.
