Job Title: Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Quality Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our product data.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and possess strong analytical skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a background in structured data environments.

In this role, you will be tasked with owning and managing product data entry within our advanced PIM system. You will also become a super-user of the system, driving its use and acting as a beacon of knowledge within the company.

Your responsibilities will include using analytical skills to manipulate and cleanse data, ensuring our data assets are clean, comprehensive, and reliable. You will also pioneer the implementation of a Data Governance framework across the organization, setting standards for data quality and integrity.

You will work closely with internal and external customers to facilitate continuous process improvements, enhancing our performance and user experience. Additionally, you will build in-depth knowledge of our products through an extensive training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing product data entry within our advanced PIM system.">
  • Becoming a super-user of our PIM system, driving its use and acting as a beacon of knowledge within the organization.">

    • Experience in recording and maintaining complex data sets with strong attention to detail.">
    • PIM System Experience (Product Information Management).">
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.">
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines with competing priorities.">
    • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.">
    • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly in writing and verbally.">
    • Confident working with large datasets.">
    • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous learning and skill development.">
    • Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed; a team player.">
    • Top-notch Microsoft Excel skills with comfort using complex formulas and manipulating large data sets.">
