About This Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering value through smart procurement. As a Procurement Specialist, you'll lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, drive cost-saving and value-add opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end market engagements across varying portfolios.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop innovative supply strategies and lead negotiations to deliver value for money outcomes.
  • Research and identify supply markets and supplier capability and competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement detailed contract management plans, KPIs, performance reviews, benefits tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide ongoing contract and stakeholder support, including contract execution, implementation, issues resolution, and commercial advice.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A strong level of experience in managing procurement processes, evaluation, and contract formation (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong communication skills to efficiently communicate strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to ensure effective governance, approach to procurement, and contract management are integrated into procurement activities.
  • Experience in developing procurement strategies based on market conditions, category/service analysis, and business demand and requirements.
  • An attitude and aptitude to develop and engage a range of approaches to generate solutions and seek SME inputs and advice.
