Retail Operations Manager

About the Role
As a key member of our Coles team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the running of the store during evening and night trade. Your goal will be to ensure that our store is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and local community.
About You and Your Skills
- You'll have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and will be a natural leader, able to motivate and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control.
- With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure that Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are consistently met.
- As a customer-focused individual, you'll strive to continually better understand our diverse customers and deliver a shopping experience that exceeds their expectations.
- You'll be a champion of our Coles values and culture, driving a one-team approach that celebrates success and prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of our team members.
