Job Overview

The Residential Property Officer position is responsible for managing and overseeing the provision of residential accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors in the South of Tasmania.

  • Responsibilities include managing accommodation contracts, coordinating tenancies, furnishing, service connection, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and tenants to resolve issues and concerns.
