Seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio in Perth's Coastal South. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management or Assistant Property Management, with a WA Real Estate Licence and strong communication skills.

About the Role
  • 6-month maternity cover starting October
  • Monday to Friday position with no weekend work

The successful applicant will manage a well-structured portfolio with strong team support, conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports, and coordinating maintenance requests. They will also be responsible for tenant and landlord communications, lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy administration, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and agency policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
  • Conduct routine inspections and prepare condition reports
  • Manage tenant and landlord communications
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
  • Prepare lease renewals, rent reviews, and general tenancy administration
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
  • WA Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • Experience using Property Tree software
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
