Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve key performance indicators related to material availability and supplier delivery precision.
  • Continuously review and optimize material control operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement improvement plans in consultation with stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Oversee planning, prioritizing, and directing team responsibilities to meet organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage budget allocation, business performance, and asset management to maximize returns.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, enhancing engagement and ensuring adequate resourcing.
  • Promote a culture of safety, risk management, and sustainability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Extensive experience in material control and procurement management.
  • Strong knowledge of material management key performance indicators and enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
