About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced truck driver turned product expert and trainer to develop strategies enhancing customer satisfaction across all three brands. You'll work closely with our Vehicle Handover and Driver Development Manager to implement best practices locally.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support process improvement for vehicle handovers and collaborate with central teams to implement best practices locally.
  • Represent Volvo, Mack, and UD Trucks brands, aligning techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist dealers with fleet deliveries and provide on-the-job training to dealer representatives.
  • Develop and deploy training curricula with the Driver Development Manager and Competence Development team.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on truck products, features, benefits, and usage.
  • Collaborate with the Driver Development Manager to tailor training based on identified areas for improvement.
  • Promote education programs to ensure safe and efficient truck operation.
