Job Description:

  • Maintain and update front sales area retail displays to showcase products effectively.
  • Engage with customers to promote parts marketing and sales, ensuring business plan targets are met.
  • Develop new customer relationships while maintaining an existing customer base.
  • Coordinate and implement supply of Parts and Parts Services to retail front counter customers efficiently.
  • Generate accurate Parts sales invoices and process credit returns promptly.
  • Raise vendor purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile cash sales daily in line with administration requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role or equivalent mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge of truck products.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and work effectively in team environments.
  • Forklift license (desired).
