We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Collections Officer to join our Finance Department in Perth, WA, on a Full-Time basis, working approximately 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customer account queries
- Execute professional and efficient accounts admin duties, including data entry, receipting and reversal of invoices, and maintaining computerised accounts
- Maintain and build relationships with superior customer service skills
- General accounts administration, new account set up, credit control, and collections
Requirements
- Experience in Credit Control/Collections
- Eye for detail and desire to provide quality service to all staff and clients
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position
