About the Role

This permanent opportunity involves working as a Trainer Assessor at Perth Airport, delivering and assessing training to ensure Manufacturing employees are competent in their duties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, delivering and assessing training across various facilities in Perth
  • Maintaining up-to-date training resources from the company's Training Hub and adhering to Training Standards
  • Using effective teaching and assessment strategies that are fair, valid, current and sufficient
  • Delivering site-based emergency response training tailored to individual learning styles, skill levels and knowledge
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry is essential
  • Automated manufacturing experience would be highly regarded
  • Steel manufacturing experience would be highly valued
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry would be beneficial
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation delivery
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Suite products and Learning Management systems
  • Possess good administrative skills
Requirements

To apply for this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent with relevant industry experience
  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety would be highly regarded
  • A current Australian driver's licence (Class C or higher)
