Job Title

We are seeking a proactive and engaging leader to join our team as a Production Supervisor.

This leadership role provides support and training to our production staff, ensuring their duties are completed in a safe and efficient manner for the effective operation of our manufacturing process.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a leadership position in a manufacturing or production facility, with strong knowledge of a range of machinery and a certificate IV in WHS (highly desirable). They will also possess strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a work team.
