In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient, accurate, and high-quality packaging of finished products in accordance with company standards.You will support production continuity, contribute to improved product presentation, and help maintain our strong reputation for customer satisfaction through fast and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities Pack finished products into designated containers or packaging according to standard procedures and specificationsInspect products for quality assurance prior to packagingLabel packaged goods accurately with product codes, lot numbers, and relevant informationUse QR code scanning and data entry into Pronto systems; request manuals from Drafting DepartmentOperate packaging machinery (e.g. label applicators) safely and efficientlyMonitor inventory of packaging materials and report low stock levels to avoid production delaysMaintain a clean and organised work environment, especially around packaging areasFollow all workplace health and safety protocolsCollaborate with team members to meet production deadlinesParticipate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledgePerform other packaging and production-related tasks as assigned What You'll Bring Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (Essential)Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging (Desirable but not required)Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and recording quantitiesAbility to follow detailed instructions and work independentlyPhysical stamina to lift and move heavy items repeatedlyStrong attention to detail and quality controlGood verbal and written communicationTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsReliable, punctual, and safety-consciousWillingness to work overtime when neededComfortable using basic computer systems and scanning tools Personal Attributes Logical problem-solving skillsCalm and focused under pressureStrong commitment to product quality and customer satisfactionHigh accuracy and attention to detail Why Join At our company, we're focused on a safe, supportive work environment and opportunities for on-the-job training and development within a stable full-time role in an essential manufacturing operation.
