
Senior Customer Interaction Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage customer interactions throughout their vehicle sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive product knowledge and provide expert information during demonstrations.
- Sell finance and insurance products to in-store team members, working with the central financial services team to process applications as required.
- Explain product benefits and features, establishing strong rapport with customers using interpersonal skills and anticipating their needs.
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
- Maintain professionalism when dealing with customers and deliver a 'Customer First' experience.

Your skills and experience include:
- Proven sales experience is essential.

- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using digital platforms.
- You are available to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
