Financial Analyst


Job Description:

The role of a financial analyst is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of various business processes within an organization. As a financial analyst, you will be responsible for managing finance processes for multiple regions, providing valuable insights and guidance to stakeholders on various financial aspects, including PVM analysis, monthly performance reviews, financial reviews, and forecasting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine tasks including maintaining forecast files for the monthly, quarterly, and annual business cycles for reporting and analysis purposes;
  • Compile and prepare presentation slides for monthly performance and forecast reviews;
  • Prepare and run weekly sales call routines;
  • Prepare and submit monthly requests from EPDM zones;
  • Coordinate planning (budget and monthly forecast) processes across ANJ businesses to ensure timely completion of planning requirements;
  • Drive and coordinate total business forecasting and budgeting cycles;
  • Review, analyze, and challenge key budget/forecast assumptions and outcomes to ensure robust forecasts are used;
  • Advise on gaps identified and recommend solutions;
  • Assist in zero-based budgeting activities, including analysis, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting for fixed costs;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data using pivots and lookups, as well as create templates for users to complete;
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills;
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Tableau, BPCS skills;
  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English language;
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, commerce, and/or accounting;
  • 1-3 years of work experience that complements financial training.
