As a Senior Consultant in a leading finance consulting team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with top organisations and CFOs to drive finance transformation.

Deliver impactful projects by supporting assessments, process mapping, operating model design, and business case development across core finance functions such as Record-to-Report, FP&A, and Procure-to-Pay.

Enable digital finance solutions through hands-on involvement in system implementations and initiatives involving RPA, AI, and finance data strategy, working closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Engage with stakeholders and contribute to growth by presenting insights and recommendations, supporting business development efforts, and participating in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support assessments, process mapping, operating model design, and business case development across core finance functions.
  • Enable digital finance solutions through system implementations and initiatives involving RPA, AI, and finance data strategy.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, support business development efforts, and participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning initiatives.
Requirements

3–5 years' experience in finance, consulting, or transformation roles within professional services or industry, with a strong understanding of finance processes such as P2P, R2R, FP&A, and costing.

Hands-on experience with finance system implementations (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Blackline, Tagetik) and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently or in teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A finance-related degree
  • Qualifications such as CA, CPA, or progress toward preferred
